[Hands that Help Build a Nation] Episode 3: Pangarap Shelter

Pangarap is the Filipino for hope, and the Pangarap Foundation opened the Pangarap Shelter to provide a home for neglected and unnoticed street children. Started in 1989, this Christian-oriented organization hopes to transform these youth into productive and valuable members of society.

Our society is not in short supply of groups such as these. There are many who have followed in the Pangarap Shelter’s foorsteps, and this is a tribute to the example they have set.

I hope our viewers can also share the stories they know of groups such as this.
